Mark Five: Chips & Cards (“the app”) is published by Luckey Logic. We respect your privacy. The app does not require a Luckey Logic account and does not collect your name, email, contacts, photos, or location.
The app itself: Your settings, statistics, and in-progress games are stored only on your device. We do not operate servers and do not receive this data.
If you choose to play online or view leaderboards, the app uses Apple’s Game Center. Game Center is operated by Apple, and your Game Center identity, matchmaking, and turn notifications are governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy. For turn-based matches, the app exchanges game state (the board, hands, and whose turn it is) through Game Center so your opponent’s device stays in sync. Luckey Logic does not operate this service and does not store this data. You can play the app fully offline (solo, pass-and-play, or vs. the computer) without Game Center.
The app shows ads via Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, Google’s SDK may process device identifiers (such as the advertising identifier), coarse device/usage information, and ad-related diagnostics, under Google’s Privacy Policy. You can remove ads with an in-app purchase (see below).

iOS asks whether the app may track you across other companies’ apps and sites. If you decline, ads still work — they’re simply non-personalized. Change your choice anytime in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
The app offers optional in-app purchases, including a Remove Ads purchase and may offer additional unlocks. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store — we never see or receive your payment card details. Your purchase history is handled under Apple’s Privacy Policy.
The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this policy; the “Last updated” date will change accordingly.
