This policy covers LuckeyLiving.com,
the community website for Luckey, Ohio, and its staff tools. LuckeyLiving is
operated by Luckey Logic LLC (“we”). It explains what we collect, why, who
can see it, and your choices.
Where things stand today: LuckeyLiving is being built. The
public site is a “coming soon” page. It has no accounts, no forms, no
analytics, and no ads. The only people who sign in are the small staff team
who check and publish content.
Visiting the website
You don't need an account to read LuckeyLiving.
The site is served by Google Firebase Hosting. Like any web server, it
briefly processes your IP address and browser details to deliver pages
and protect the site from abuse. We don't use them to identify you.
Once the full site launches, it can save pages in your browser so it
loads quickly and works offline. That copy stays on your device.
We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

We'll update this policy before each of these launches. Here is how we plan
to handle your information:
Submit Something lets you send in events, garage sales,
businesses, corrections, and Luckey history. Your contact details are kept
private. Only you and our moderators can see them. They are never published.
We ask whether and how you want to be credited before anything you send
appears on the site.
Ask LUKE answers questions about Luckey using only
LuckeyLiving's own information. Your questions are processed by our AI
provider, Anthropic, to write the answer. We keep questions LUKE couldn't
answer so we can add the missing information. Please don't include personal
details in your questions.
What we don't do
We don't show ads, and we don't sell or rent your information.
We don't use third-party advertising or tracking tools, and we don't
track you across other websites or apps.
We don't republish anything from social media.
Where it's stored
LuckeyLiving runs on Google Firebase (website hosting, sign-in, database, and
file storage), operated by Google under
Google's Privacy Policy.
Information is encrypted in transit and at rest. Our security rules give
the public access only to published content.
Your choices
A copy of your information, or a correction: email us and we'll send it or fix it.
Delete your information: email us from the address we have on file, and we'll delete your account and contact details.
Children
LuckeyLiving is a community site for everyone, but accounts and submissions
are not meant for children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal
information from children under 13.
Changes
We'll update this policy as LuckeyLiving grows. When we do, the date at the
top of this page will change.
